 this may change at any time, such change will be reflected in this repo <br>
 Currently, only major email providers are allowed for regstration <br>
 Spam[1], malware distrubition, NSFW content and content causing overhead to the instance is not permitted <br>
 Any accounts appearing as such will be restricted or eventually privated and their respective owners messaged privately[2] the matter to hopefully be resolved <br>
 In such cases, if no agreement is reached, those accounts will stay restricted/privated indefinitely <br>
 [1] - Spam;low-value or meaningless activity, mainly accounts consisting primarily of empty repositories <br>
 [2] - Privately on emails assigned to their accounts
